I took this picture of the Orion Nebula last night (my first such picture) using a Canon 60D camera and a Meade LS 6" telescope. I was blown away by the detail and color that the image has vs. just looking through the telescope eyepiece of the telescope. In the middle, towards the right, you can also see a line that is probably made from a satellite that happened to be in the path. The satellite’s path is more pronounced with other shots I took. Most of the pictures were taken using 2-20 seconds of the shutter being open at various ISO speeds (200-6400).
